Peaceful cove at end of the road Positive: Peaceful location and very nice people Negative: We were expecting the restaurant to be open, especially after all the mouth watering photos, but it’s only open some days of the week. The chalet we stayed in was very small, hardly anywhere to put stuff.

Overpriced and misrepresented Positive: The location and the views are great Negative: Gracie’s Grotto Cabin was advertised as a “whole chalet” with a living room and separate bedroom, plus breakfast included. What we found was a space barely big enough to fit two people, a pit toilet, a shower that looked put together rather haphazardly, and the linens in the loft bed were questionable. The access to said loft was through a rather flimsy ladder not even secured against it so getting up and down was an ordeal. No breakfast was provided either. The staff were friendly and nice, but we cut our stay short to one night because it wasn’t what we had expected and the space was so uncomfortable. Overall, it was very overpriced for what it actually was.
