Positive: The cottage is original, clean and well equipped. The host stocked the fridge with coffee cream which I thought was very kind. The restaurant was only open for dinner but a great, cozy spot with great service. The hosts are on site and responsive to inquiries. Negative: A few things are important to mention that I didn't see in the description. This cottage is quite rustic and doesn't have any windows that can be opened for airflow. The host advised to leave the entrance door open at night but we did not feel comfortable doing so. Secondly, the bedroom in the loft is accessed through a ladder. I wouldn't call it stairs as it is very steep. I don't have mobility issues but I was really afraid to fall down if I needed to use the bathroom at night. Definitely not suitable for children or someone with mobility issues. The pull out couch in the living room is quite uncomfortable so we 3 slept in the king size bed. Last, not a big deal but the toilet is a compost toilet and doesn't flush. Outdoors, a marina is close with a bit of boat traffic and the beach not really inviting to swim but there are many beaches in th area

Positive: Cozy cabin with beautiful ocean views . Negative: No cooking facilities we had a stove so made breakfast and dinner .

Positive: We loved the space. The cabin was made with love. The location is great! Very quiet neighborhood. Negative: The internet was very spotty but it was great to be unplugged. The toilet is self-composting, which is good, but we weren't prepared for it. I must've missed it on the listing. The toiletries wasnt topped up when we got there, but the hosts were very quick to replenish it.
