Bratty Catty Cabin on The Ocean

Positive: Great views of the ocean bay, friendly staff, thank you Scott and others to make us feel welcomed and for your generosity. Property setting is peacefull and great for relaxing time. Bratty Catty cabin was having comfortable large bed and was super cozy.

Would most definitely come back and recommend it to others. Positive: Beautiful scenery from dawn to nightfall. Lovely owners (Shannagh and Scott ) and staff, they were very accommodating, kind and made you feel at home. The family pets were a wonderful added bonus -Gracie their dog is such a love. (She loves her pats and scratches). The surprise breakfast delivered to our porch after going for a forest walk-“what a treat -thank you “ I had dinner at the Laughing Oyster restaurant which is a very, very short walk from the cabins- I had the chef’s amazing seafood pasta 😋and Rayleigh the waitress was outstanding as she was solo bartending and serving many tables. Shannagh, thank you for the wonderful tips of the walk thru the forest; the rhodo garden down the road from your place and the township of Lund. Nancy’s bakery in Lund -the blackberry (cinnamon) bun was delicious. The cabins all had their own special touch to make them unique. I stayed in the Bratty Catty Cabin -I loved it-very cozy and the bed was super comfy. Negative: Can not complain about anything. It was what I needed.

Positive: We arrived and were absolutely thrilled! The beautiful garden, the cute little cottages, and the view of the sea—it was indescribable. We really liked the outdoor kitchen. However, when we went to the outdoor kitchen to grill, we were very disappointed. Everything was very dirty, there were no dishes, and none of the three grills worked. BUT: What Scott and his crew did and tried to do afterward was masterful!! We hadn’t expected anything like that. Our meat was cooked in the restaurant, so we were still able to eat it. The day after was so great! Scott asked us if he should bring us something from town. We hadn’t expected that. In the afternoon, we sat together with him and his friends and talked; everything was perfect. We were even allowed to use his canoe for free. All we can say is that we felt very, very comfortable, and that level of friendliness and helpfulness is not something to be taken for granted! There’s a small deduction because the outdoor kitchen wasn’t great, but other than that, we have nothing negative to report. A thousand thanks for everything 😀 Negative: See above
